When will my mobile app credit?

Generally all app offers will credit properly (either automatically or delayed a day or so) if completed correctly. It differs from each one, but some require you to open/close a few times, play for a certain amount of time, reach a certain level, complete a tutorial, etc. Try doing some of these things to help trigger the credit. If they don't credit within a few days, you can remove it from your device and re-attempt again.
