Why did I receive an alert for using a proxy?

While being linked to an abnormal IP/ISP may be an accident or deliberate, it must be corrected. Using a proxy or VPN is not permitted. Sometimes when you download an offer or change an Internet connection, your IP address could be linked to or act as a proxy.
