What if my points didn't credit?
For those from the main instaGC earning area -> Make sure to click "Submit" for each attempted task. If no credit is received within four days - the task (except for CC, purchase, delayed-crediting studies) will reset so you can re-attempt it if you choose to do so. If a CC/trial task isn't credited after four days, please create a support ticket.
For those from all other earning areas -> Each area will have a Support option usually located on the top left or right for you to view pending tasks. Please allow up to 24 hours before contacting any area about missing points. View below for specific instructions on how to contact each.
Acorn
For any offers attempted from Acorn but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the Acorn earning area, click Contact Support on the top right, click Contact Support next to the offer you need help with, and then fill out the form.
If you are unable to contact Acorn or have waited 5+ business days for them to respond, please create a support ticket.
AdGate Rewards
For any offers attempted from AdGate Rewards but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the AdGate Rewards earning area, click History on the top right, then click Contact next to the offer you need help with. If no screenshot is available, submit a random image and just explain to them why you did that. After you fill out all of the fields, it will show a "Send" button at the bottom of the form.
If you are unable to contact AdGate Rewards or have waited 5+ business days for them to respond, please create a support ticket.
AdWall
For any offers attempted from AdWall but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the AdWall earning area, click "Support" on the top right, click the "History" tab, and then fill out the information for the offer you need help with.
If you are unable to contact AdWall or have waited 5+ business days for them to respond, please create a support ticket.
Appen
appen used to be called Figure Eight, and before that it was CrowdFlower.
For any offers attempted from appen but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the appen support ticket area. If you are unable to create a ticket, please email [email protected] instead.
Hideout.tv
Hideout.tv used to be called Engageme.tv.
For any offers attempted from Hideout.tv but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the Hideout.tv earning area, click "Support" on the top right, click the "History" tab, and then fill out the information for the offer you need help with.
If you are unable to contact Hideout.tv or have waited 5+ business days for them to respond, please create a support ticket.
Kiwi Wall
For any offers attempted from Kiwi Wall but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the Kiwi Wall earning area, scroll down to the bottom, click Wall Support, and fill out the form.
If you are unable to contact Kiwi Wall or have waited 5+ business days for them to respond, please create a support ticket.
OfferToro
For any offers attempted from OfferToro but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the OfferToro earning area, click "My Points" on the top right, and click "Missing Credits?" next to the offer you need help with.
If you are unable to contact OfferToro or have waited 5+ business days for them to respond, please create a support ticket.
Peanut Labs
For any offers attempted from Peanut Labs but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the Peanut Labs earning area, click "Transactions" on top right, find the offer you need help with, click the black icon, and then "Report a Problem".
If you are unable to contact Peanut Labs or have waited 5+ business days for them to respond, please create a support ticket.
Persona.ly
For any offers attempted from Persona.ly but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the Persona.ly earning area, click "Support" on top right, find the offer you need help with, and then click "Missing Points?".
If you are unable to contact Persona.ly or have waited 5+ business days for them to respond, please create a support ticket.
Revenue Universe
For any CC/purchase/trial offer attempted from Revenue Universe but not yet credited to your account, please create a support ticket. For others, remain patient as some offers could take several days to credit. If no credit by then, feel free to re-attempt that offer.
TheoremReach
For any offers attempted from TheoremReach but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the TheoremReach earning area, click "?" on the bottom right, click the survey you need help with, and provide the required information.
If you are unable to contact TheoremReach or have waited 5+ business days for them to respond, please create a support ticket.
Wall Ads
For any offers attempted from Wall Ads but not yet credited to your account, you would need to contact their support.
To do so, browse to the Wall Ads earning area, click "Need Help" on top right, and then click Request Help next to the offer you need help with (it can take up to 24 hours for the offer to show after attempting it).
If you are unable to contact Wall Ads or have waited 5+ business days for them to respond, please create a support ticket.
