The preferred way to earn points is through instaGC's direct video area located at https://instagc.com/watch/, also accessible by clicking the "Earn" menu and then selecting "Watch videos". You will earn 1 point for every 20 videos that you successfully watch. A counter on the top right of the "Watch videos" page will keep track of your progress each day. These points will be added in one lump sum at approximately 12:05-12:10 AM for the previous days' videos watched. In addition, you may also receive a weekly bonus for videos watched, if available. These bonuses would vary based on overall quality of the site as a whole and on fluctuations in what the advertiser actually pays us. A history section will be shown on the bottom to track your 15-day history. The bonus points will be issued in one lump sum around noon each Wednesday for videos watched during the prior week (Sunday through Saturday). You must watch at least 50+ videos total within the week to qualify for bonuses.
Can I watch multiple playlists at the same time?
Yes, the playlists can be utilized simultaneously. One can be watched on desktop related devices while the other on mobile related devices.
How many videos can I watch a day?
Caps are setup in increments, such as 50/day, 100/day, 500/day, and 2000/day. Each individual/household will begin with the 50/day cap and based on the number of ads shown within that cap allottment, additional cap may increase to 500/day and then up to 2000/day.
How much are videos worth?
Videos will credit 1 point for 20 videos guaranteed. In addition, members may receive a weekly bonus for their video viewing.
When will I be paid for videos I watch?
Points will be added in one lump sum at approximately 12:05-12:10 AM for the previous days' videos watched. Monday's videos watched would credit on Tuesday; and so on.
When will the video bonuses be paid?
Bonus points will be issued in one lump sum around noon each Wednesday for videos watched during the prior week (Sunday through Saturday).
I'm getting a "This player is restricted from playing videos" error.
Error codes, or blank screens, within videos are either a ban/block or offer unavailable notice. However, you may still be able to access other videos. Please check out the full list at https://instagc.com/earn/videos. All video earning areas use various third-party providers to block/detect bot-activity and/or high-risk IP/ISP's. While some of the blocks might be false-positives, unfortunately it's out of our control. instaGC receives no specific information why this may occur or when it may resolve. Continue to check back to see if you have regained access. You could also try another Internet connection (wifi vs non-wifi) or another device to see if that helps.
I'm having issues watching a video.
If you encounter problems with videos, please try closing the problematic playlist and restarting it; clearing cookies and/or using a different browser or device may be helpful as well. If your problem has not been resolved, please create a support ticket.
